General By accessing or purchasing from our store you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.

AI-Enhanced Product Imagery Product images displayed on our website are AI-enhanced for visual presentation purposes. While we aim to accurately represent our products, colors, textures, and details may appear differently in person due to screen settings, lighting, and the nature of handmade goods. We do not accept returns or refunds on the basis that a product does not match the appearance of product images on our website.

AI Marketing Content We use artificial intelligence tools to create some of our advertising and marketing content including but not limited to social media videos, images, and promotional materials. By purchasing from us you acknowledge this and agree that dissatisfaction with our use of AI in marketing is not grounds for a return, refund, or dispute.

Order Cancellations All orders are final once placed. You may not cancel your order at any time before the item has been physically delivered to you. Once your item has arrived you may contact us to discuss your options under our return policy.

Production and Shipping Times Our bags are handmade and subject to production timelines. Due to the nature of handmade goods, high demand periods, or supplier difficulties, orders may take up to 60 days from the date of purchase to arrive. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this potential timeline. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for orders that have not yet arrived regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

Disputes Any disputes must be raised after the item has been received. Disputes raised before delivery will not be considered valid.
