SHIPPING POLICY

Handmade Production Times Every bag in our store is handmade to order. Production begins after your order is placed and confirmed. Due to the handmade nature of our products and potential supplier or production difficulties, please allow up to 60 days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. This is not standard for every order — many orders arrive sooner — however by placing an order you acknowledge and accept that delivery may take up to 60 days.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If we have backup, it make take 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times vary by location.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

No Cancellations Before Delivery Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded before the item has been physically delivered to you. If you have not yet received your order please allow the full 60-day window before contacting us regarding delivery concerns.
